Your Mission
As Recruiter at AIRE Ancient Baths, you will own the full recruitment cycle across our centres — connecting exceptional talent with an exceptional brand, ensuring every candidate touchpoint reflects the warmth, excellence and spirit that define the AIRE experience.
What You Will Do
Recruitment & Candidate Experience
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience.
Work closely with AIRE leadership to assess current and future hiring needs, streamline processes and drive efficiency.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies using data-driven approaches and a variety of channels — careers page, social media, job boards and targeted campaigns.
Embody and promote the values, culture and mission of AIRE Ancient Baths throughout every candidate interaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles in our ATS, including qualifications, assessments and interview feedback.
Stakeholder Partnership
Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and market insights.
Collaborate with AIRE leadership to anticipate workforce needs and build proactive hiring plans.
Pipeline & Community Building
Cultivate strong relationships with schools, employment agencies, and other relevant talent sources.
Build and nurture a robust pipeline of operational talent with a focus on emerging profiles.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Background
Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Background in hospitality, wellness, retail or lifestyle brands is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Psychology or related field. Master's in Talent Acquisition or HR is a plus.
Languages
Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
Skills & Behaviours
Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Client-oriented mindset — able to manage both candidate and hiring manager experience with care.
Proactive, self-managed and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
