Working hours
To match the US market, this team works:
Monday to Thursday: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
This gives you excellent overlap with US clients while still keeping your Friday aligned with the rest of the business.
Tasks
What ** you'll** ** be doing**
- Building relationships with engineering professionals across the US.
- Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships.
- Managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to placement.
- Becoming an expert within your specialist engineering niche.
- Negotiating offers and closing deals.
- Growing your own market and earning uncapped commission.
Requirements

- You don't need previous recruitment experience.
