Recruitment Specialist (Manufacturing )

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Advertise vacancies on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing, logistics, production, and industrial positions.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
• Conduct client site visits, recruitment drives, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support high-volume and blue-collar hiring projects.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, logistics, or industrial sectors is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Willing to travel regularly to client sites in Klang and surrounding industrial areas.
• Knowledge of blue-collar, mass hiring, and shift-based workforce recruitment is an advantage.
