- Collaborating with Channel and Sales Directors to achieve annual regional sales targets
- Managing, coaching, and training regional sales staff to acquire new business
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Paylidify products and communicating customer value
- Managing and prioritizing a diverse sales pipeline to accelerate sales cycles
- Applying a solutions-based sales approach to identify customer challenges and deliver targeted value
- Utilizing sales enablement and CRM tools to maintain sales data and documentation
- Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Managing an assigned geographic territory to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives
- Conducting weekly sales meetings to review performance, strategies, results, and KPIs
- Supporting sales personnel with prospecting, rapport-building, and customer engagement
- Educating the sales team using approved training programs
- Submitting daily and weekly reports to HR and the Channel Director
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with solutions-based selling methodologies
- Experience managing and prioritizing a sales pipeline
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience
- Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers
- Experience using Pipedrive CRM, Asana, or Slack
- Experience selling financial services and/or payment solutions
- Experience working with large vendors across North America
