Regional Technical Manager LATAM – Biological Products (B2B)

Lead the regional technical strategy for biological products in LATAM, providing technical and commercial support to B2B channels, ensuring technical positioning, distributor training, and the generation of agronomic evidence that drives sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

• Education Agricultural Engineer
• 5+ years in technical positions within the agricultural sector
• Experience an knowledge in biological products (biofertilizers, inoculants, biostimulants, biocontrol).
• Experience working with B2B distribution channels.
• Regional experience in Latin America, preferably in extensive crops but also in intensive crops.
• Advanced or native Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory).
• English (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel frequently
