Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team. Position Overview:

As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services are delivered in home-based settings, with opportunities to work in school or community environments depending on client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity
  • Provide services in home, school, and/or community settings
  • Collect and record session data accurately using Rethink within 24 hours
  • Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members
  • Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings

Requirements:

  • Active RBT certification (in good standing)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ABA data collection and documentation
  • Ability to remain patient, flexible, and responsive in dynamic environments
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
