As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial asset finance brokers across your region. Your focus will be on increasing broker engagement, driving utilisation, and expanding Plenti’s share of wallet.
Working closely with a Business Development Manager, you’ll execute the regional sales strategy—identifying high-potential brokers, onboarding new partners, and optimising performance across the existing network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen relationships with active commercial asset finance brokers, driving increased utilisation and origination volumes
- Implement targeted strategies to maximise Plenti’s share of wallet within the broker portfolio, ensuring brokers prioritise Plenti for their commercial asset needs
- Work in conjunction with the BDM to identify and onboard high potential commercial brokers, ensuring a seamless integration and engagement as part of the state/territory sales strategy
- Work collaboratively with your BDM to manage deal pipelines, ensuring brokers receive best-in-class service and that transactions progress smoothly through to settlement
- Engage with internal teams, including credit, operations, and marketing to support brokers, resolve issues, and enhance the overall broker experience
- 2+ years' experience in sales or finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels or with brokers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Ability to work independently while also integrating effectively into a team environment
- Knowledge of financial lending products and/or credit risk underwriting is advantageous however, not essential
