Release Manager

Our subsidiary (Jadaya) is seeking a Release Manager, Who is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing software and application releases across multiple environments. The role ensures that releases are delivered in a controlled, efficient, and low-risk manner while aligning with both business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating application releases across environments.
• Managing deployment schedules and release calendars.
• Ensuring proper change management, approvals, and communication.
• Coordinating between business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Managing release risks, rollback plans, and production readiness activities.
• Monitoring post-release activities and ensuring successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in release management, change management, or IT service delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
