We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Booking Specialist to assist with scheduling, reservations, and client coordination. This role supports clients through the booking process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service from start to finish.

This is a remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, managing details, and helping clients plan and organize their experiences.

Coordinate and manage bookings, reservations, and scheduling requests

Assist clients with selecting options that align with their preferences and needs

Review booking details for accuracy, timelines, and completeness

Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations

Communicate updates, confirmations, and important details clearly and professionally

Provide ongoing support throughout the booking process

Ensure a smooth and positive client experience from inquiry to completion

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Basic computer proficiency (email, online systems, data entry)

Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly
