Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, etc.)Provide medication reminders and administration per training and policiesRespond promptly and kindly to call bells and resident requestsEscort or transport residents as neededSupport mealtimes and daily activity programsMaintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areasObserve, document, and report changes in resident conditionPerform basic clerical tasks (filing, phone calls, etc.)Collaborate with Wellness and nursing staff to ensure top-quality care
Qualifications:
Experience in senior care or direct support roles preferredAbility to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing, walking)Strong communication skills — respectful, friendly, and team-orientedAttention to detail and ability to follow care plans and protocolsComfortable working independently and making sound decisionsMed Tech certification (required by state)
Shift:
Full time evenings, Part time days, evenings & overnights
