Our team of Account Managers and Staffing Coordinators work together to refer the highest caliber of professionals with degrees, certifications and licenses of varying levels in the fields of social services, psychiatry, occupational therapy, language speech pathology, special education teachers, para professionals, mental health, addictions treatment, allied therapies and pharmacy. We primarily provide service supplemental staffing services to school districts and charter schools, hospitals, community mental health centers, outpatient treatment facilities, and residential homes.

Residential Aide Description

Residential Aide will have to be able to provide mentorship, guidance and support to young adolescents males. The ideal candidate will be able to respond calmly during difficult situations.

Requirements include:

• Minimum 2-3years experience working with homeless, disabled or impoverished populations;

• BA preferred or equivalent

• Strong communication skills

• Passing a criminal background check


Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs hourly rounds of the facility to ensure that the building is safe.

• Maintains high operational standards within the home.

• Provides guidance, support and ensures that practical needs of residents are met.

Aide must be able to work with individuals who are emotionally, behaviorally, physically and/or developmentally challenged.


Primarily 2nd and 3rd shifts available working
