About the role:

Resource Planner role within a large, global Technology organization focused on workforce planning, resource governance, and operational execution. The position supports end-to-end resource lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate workforce data, structured reporting, and compliance with internal governance standards. It requires close collaboration with HR, Finance, Business Management, Recruiting, and Vendor Management teams in a highly structured environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of daily workforce and resource management processes (hiring, internal moves, onboarding/offboarding, vendor requests)
  • Maintenance of headcount tracking and staffing plan updates aligned with approved budgets
  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of workforce data across systems of record
  • Identification and resolution of data inconsistencies, exceptions, and workflow issues
  • Preparation of recurring workforce reports (headcount, hiring activity, vacancies)
  • Handling ad-hoc reporting and structured data analysis requests
  • Stakeholder coordination across HR, Finance, Business Management, and Recruiting teams
  • Support of standardized processes, tools, and governance frameworks
  • Contribution to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, HR operations, business operations, project coordination, or business analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, HR, Technology, or related field
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with comfort handling structured data
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong follow-through
  • Basic understanding of headcount, staffing, or workforce budgeting concepts
  • Experience in large, global, or matrix organizations is preferred
  • Advantages:
