Location: Letheringsett, near Holt, North Norfolk
Position: Restaurant Manager
Hours: Primarily daytime shifts, including weekends, with some evening work during the summer season.

Jarrolds Letheringsett is a unique destination in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside, bringing together a farm shop, artisan butchery, deli and restaurant within a beautifully restored barn setting. Our restaurant celebrates seasonal menus, local produce and warm Norfolk hospitality, serving breakfast, lunch, coffee, cakes and summer evening events in our garden courtyard.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, rotas and service standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen, farm shop and management teams.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance.
• Support the planning and delivery of seasonal events and summer evening services.
• Drive sales and contribute to the continued success of the business.

What makes a great candidate

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or hospitality manager.
