Retail Support Supervisor

The RISE Racks Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting and supervising employees with disabilities in a retail and vocational training environment. This position provides hands-on coaching, mentorship, and daily guidance to help individuals develop job skills, increase independence, and achieve personal employment goals while contributing to the success of RISE Racks operations.

The Supervisor fosters a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace that emphasizes dignity, teamwork, accountability, and growth. Responsibilities include overseeing daily work activities, training employees on retail and production tasks, monitoring quality and productivity standards, and ensuring compliance with vocational program requirements, and documentation standards.

This position works closely with the Vocational Employment Manager, staff, families, and service coordinators to support individualized success plans and promote meaningful employment experiences. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, patience, organization, and a passion for empowering individuals through skill development and community-based employment opportunities.
