RMA Onsite Technician - Ceiling Fans/Digital Door Lock

Responsibilities:

• Provide repair, service and customer support during onsite visit
• Configuration of Ceiling Fan/Digital Door Lock setup
• Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot any onsite issues that arises at customer's place
• Record and update test report/ service report on a timely manner
• In-house repair and maintenance of Ceiling Fan, Digital Door Locks that is exchanged by customer
• Support warehouse disposal activity
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min 3 years of working experience as an onsite Ceiling Fan/Digital Door Lock Technician or relevant experience
• Driving License equivalent to Singapore Driving License
• Experience with electrical wiring and systems
• Comfortable with 6 days work week including weekend (rotated shift, 9am to 6pm)
• Willingness to perform overtime work when required
• Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT, Electronics or equivalent.
