We're looking for a Roofing Service Technician / Small Projects Manager who can confidently handle service repairs, manage smaller roofing projects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Diagnose and repair residential roofing issues

🔹 Manage service jobs and small roofing projects from start to finish

🔹 Coordinate materials, crews, and schedules

🔹 Inspect roofs and recommend solutions for customers

🔹 Communicate with homeowners and ensure a five-star experience

🔹 Document work with photos and notes

🔹 Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

✅ Roofing experience required

✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities

✅ Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

✅ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
