What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, LP gas, appliance, and mechanical systems
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and warranty repairs
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Complete repair orders accurately and thoroughly
- Follow manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and company procedures
- Work independently while collaborating with the service team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous RV technician experience preferred; related experience in automotive, marine, heavy equipment, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trades will also be considered
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders while maintaining quality
- Dependable, self-motivated, and accountable
- Must provide your own tools
- Willingness to stay current on manufacturer training and evolving RV technology
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, work in confined spaces within and around recreational vehicles, and lift up to 50lbs unassisted
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
