Chapter Five S.A. an award-winning company specializing in Digital and Experiential Marketing solutions, on behalf of its client a leading multinational telecommunications company, is seeking a ** Sales Administrator ** to join the team on an annual short-term contract with the possibility of renewal.

1. Handle the globalmanaged connectivity service billing process

More specifically, the role will be responsible for:

  • Billing enablement and execution through platforms and CSV files
  • Cooperation with the Accounting team regarding billing files, reporting, and customer bill monitoring
  • Monitoring customer tariffs on the platform
  • Preparing and sending billing analysis reports to customers
  • Managing SIM cards on the platform

2. Reporting & data analysis

  • Collecting and consolidating data from multiple sources in order to support Commercial and Sales teams in decision-making and actions

3. Sales support

  • Assisting IoT Sales Specialists in day-to-day tasks, including reporting and analysis

4. Customer & contract administration

  • Maintaining and updating customer lists and contracts

5. Order management

  • Managing customer and supplier orders

Requirements

Excellent command of Greek and English (spoken and written)

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Understanding of technology, services, and features

Consistent and reliable in completing tasks accurately, on time, and according to expectations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cooperate effectively with internal stakeholders

Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office applications
