Sales Advocate

As a Sales Advocate, you’ll be the face of Cricket Wireless — helping customers find the best wireless

solutions while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Your Day-to-Day:

Greet customers, listen to their needs, and recommend the best wireless plans, phones, and accessories.

Become an expert on Cricket’s latest devices, promotions, and services.

Hit (and crush!) your sales goals while building strong relationships with customers.

Assist with phone setups, troubleshooting, and billing questions.

Keep the store organized, stocked, and welcoming.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Customer service or sales experience (wireless or retail is a plus).

Positive attitude, good communication, and being a team player.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus!
