We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and assisting in customer interactions. Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining records.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, creating spreadsheets, and generating sales reports.
• Conduct research on potential clients, projects, and market trends using **Dodge Construction **.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as **Pipedrive **.
• Support client communications by responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-ups.
• Ensure organized documentation of sales transactions, contracts, and relevant materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a **sales support role or administrative position **.
