• To greet guests with a sincere and warm welcome and ensure they are aware you are there to help.
• Ask open questions to find out the guest's needs.
• To recommend, select, and locate the correct merchandise for the guest's needs.
• To receive and process cash and card transactions.
• Be fully updated on product knowledge, answering questions, and addressing concerns from guests.
• Maintain a friendly and focused environment at all times.
• Informing guests about sales promotions and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year relevant retail or customer-facing experience that reflects the role.
• Can demonstrate a passion for working with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• A desire and ability to deliver sales against the targets set.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers
• Be an excellent team player.
• Commitment and enthusiasm.
• Shows eagerness and a capacity to learn.
• Adapts in difficult situations, solves problems, and makes decisions when necessary.
