Job Responsibilities:

• Actively source and engage potential customers to expand the client base, including cold calling.

• Handle all sales enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.

• Prepare quotations after receiving job details from the operations team, mainly for furniture and carpentry works, with some interior design projects.

• Follow up on quotations with customers to close sales.

• Share the company portfolio and explain in-house carpentry and home services to customers.

• Coordinate with the operations team to clarify job scope, materials, and quotation details when required.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field (relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications).

• Willing to learn with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in furniture, carpentry, renovation, or home services industry.
