Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in selling AI, SaaS, or cloud solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating qualified sales opportunities, and supporting the growth of a high-performing technology sales pipeline.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in outbound sales, understands consultative selling, and is excited about the future of AI-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives and senior sales leaders.
  • Educate prospects on AI, cloud, and automation solutions while understanding their business challenges.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify client needs, pain points, and buying intent.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outbound activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
  • Stay informed on AI industry trends, cloud technologies, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales role.
  • Proven experience selling AI solutions, cloud services, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology products.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales and lead qualification methodologies.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with outbound cold calling and high-volume prospecting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience selling into US, UK, or international markets is highly preferred.
