Our SDR team is recruiting a Sales Development Representative in Paris.
The ideal candidate would bring a positive energy to the team, is curious, and motivated to learn. Customer-facing experience is key - this position will be the perfect start to skyrocketing your sales career.
All in all, this role enables high energy, motivated team players to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally. You will work closely with Account Executives (AE). You will engage inbound prospects via chat and over the phone, to qualify them before passing them to an AE. This role is integral in the gathering of pre-sales prospect information and also in its collaboration with Sales teams across France.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound prospects from France via chat and phone calls to qualify them for the next steps in the sales cycle.
  • Gather valuable prospect information to pass along to Account Executives in the french market, assisting in closing deals and expanding Aircall's customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and consistent messaging across markets.
  • Develop your consultative sales skills by learning from experienced AEs and gaining exposure to the entire sales cycle.
  • Contribute to growing Aircall's presence in the french market by driving lead generation and supporting regional sales goals.
  • A little more about you:

  • Native French speaker: you will be emailing, calling, meeting prospects from the French market
  • English fluency is not a necessity but would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, empathy, problem-solving attitude
  • Time management and organisation skills: ability to manage a large quantity of accounts
  • Willingness to learn at all times and entrepreneurial spirit to open the Northern market
