Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to support pipeline growth across our Tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI product lines. This mid-level role requires strong outbound prospecting skills, comfort selling technical solutions, and the ability to engage decision-makers in fast-paced B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales-ready opportunities

  • Educate prospects on SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI solutions

  • Set qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives

  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on messaging and targeting

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B environment

  • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered

  • Experience working with US or UK-based companies

  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and meeting quota targets

  • Experience selling or supporting SaaS products

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in tech, cybersecurity, FinTech, or AI-driven platforms

  • Experience selling to technical or executive-level stakeholders

  • Familiarity with account-based sales strategies

  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace tools
