Job Purpose

The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with qualified leads, understanding their needs, and converting them into customers. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, maintaining high conversion rates, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey from initial interest to final enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Conversion & Customer Engagement

  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Clearly present value and guide customers through enrollment
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships and ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Handle inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively
  • Follow up with leads to maximize conversion

Performance & Target Achievement

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain high conversion rates and track performance metrics
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Align with Presales team on lead quality
  • Share feedback and insights to improve conversion strategies

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support and sales in offshore accounts is a must

  • Proven ability to handle both inbound support and sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset
