We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Revenue & Operations team in Prague. In this role, you will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for securing new, profitable customers for Adform, by targeting small to medium-sized clients, including advertisers, independent agencies, and publishers.
You will pitch Adserver and DSP solutions with support and collaborate with a Sales Director on larger opportunities d DSP solutions with support and collaborating with a Sales Director on larger opportunities.

Prospect and convert leads by attending industry events, networking, and identifying opportunities
Plan and execute a sales strategy to build a pipeline and win new customers, achieving sales targets
Manage opportunities and map stakeholders prior to onboarding
Translate client needs into Adform products, negotiating win-win value for both Adform and the customer
Gather competitor intelligence to highlight Adform's unique selling points and create valuable differentiation
Maintain healthy sales velocity and a strong pipeline
Keep accurate, real-time records in Salesforce
Deliver high-quality handovers to account management colleagues

2–3 years of experience in sales, specifically in media or advertising technology
Strong Financial Acumen
Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent opportunity management tool) with a track record of maintaining diligent records
Competence in Excel and working with numbers
Eagerness to develop sales skills with regular coaching
Patience and adaptability to navigate complex sales cycles
Experience collaborating with diverse teams across cultures and regions to solve challenges
