Optimiza is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our product and service offerings. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales management or a related role, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
