We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our hospitality sales efforts, drive revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, manage the full sales cycle, identify new business opportunities, strengthen key accounts, and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market growth while achieving business objectives.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales, account management, or business development
• Proven experience managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
• Strong background in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality groups
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong experience in lead generation, sales tracking, and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Results-driven with a strong focus on revenue growth and business development
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple client relationships effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients, teams, and partners
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets

* Manage and grow relationships with key hospitality accounts including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and partners
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and identify new market opportunities

* Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track sales activities and opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful business delivery and excellent client experience
