What can you expect to do?
Order Lifecycle Management
- Support sales representatives throughout the order lifecycle.
- Monitor open orders and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.
- Coordinate activities required to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned sellers.
Service House Coordination
- Obtain service quotations from approved test houses.
- Coordinate service orders and monitor progress.
- Obtain inspection reports and required documentation.
- Expedite service orders when required.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Follow up with buyers regarding order status and delivery commitments.
- Request to expedite shipments.
Internal Operations Coordination
- Work closely with IDCs, Purchasing, TC and Finance teams.
- Coordinate resolution of problem shelf requests and order issues.
- Review assigned open order reports daily and proactively identify orders at risk of missing scheduled ship dates.
- Escalate operational risks that may impact customer deliveries.
- Drive timely resolution of order exceptions.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Document procedures and best practices.
- Support onboarding and training of new Sales Operations personnel.
What experience and knowledge will help you succeed in this role?
- 4-year college degree
- 2+ years of relevant Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing or Inventory Management.
- 2+ years’ experience in a global company.
- Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
