This is not a landscape design role and does not require design-build experience; the focus is on diagnosing and selling technical site
solutions such as drainage, irrigation, and related improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct a minimum of 15+ customer visits each week to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Sell small landscape projects and related site improvements, including drainage, irrigation, lighting, and other enhancement work.
Prepare accurate and timely project estimates, proposals, and work orders for quick-turn projects.
Qualify leads, conduct site assessments, and develop solution-based recommendations for customers.
Coordinate a smooth handoff to production teams and remain available to the client through project completion as needed.
Manage sales pipeline, leads, and follow-ups through the company CRM system.
Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure project scope, pricing, and customer expectations are clearly defined.
Maintain a high level of client communication and deliver professional service throughout the sales process.
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals of $500,000–$800,000 annually (target $750,000).
Ensure all company sales and safety standards are upheld at all times.
