RealWheels is GROWING and we’re looking for an experienced, and motivated Sales Representative to grow and develop our business. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast, dynamic atmosphere. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sell, promote, and provide exceptional service to new customers.
  • Perform sales cold calls weekly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in reports, quoting and other internal communication.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive account specific growth strategies.
  • Service existing accounts and communicate with clients on a regular basis.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure that customers are served promptly.
  • Discuss use and features of various parts.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Our Sales Rep will also have the following qualifications

• Industry knowledge – B-2-B sales experience and an understanding of truck parts & dealerships
• Account Management Skills - Ability to build a relationship with each account – understand it's challenges, objectives, needs, key personnel, and opportunities, Ability to map and organize existing and new accounts,
• Personal Attributes – Ability to work independently, willingness to be coached and supported in development, motivated to be successful, be willing to learning
• A minimum of a high school diploma, a college degree is preferred
• Prefer 3 years previous experience in sales in a commercial truck environment
• Experience dealing with the customers in a B2B sales capacity
• Strong presentation skills and territory management skills
• Demonstrated computer skills specifically in Microsoft office products and applications
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers quickly and with minimal guidance
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the role
