We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to join our Cape Town team.

This is a high-performance, outbound sales role where you’ll engage directly with US business owners, identify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline through consistent, high-volume activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to US-based prospects

  • Engage with decision-makers and qualify business opportunities

  • Identify funding needs and position relevant solutions

  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline

  • Follow up effectively to convert opportunities

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales / telesales / B2B environments, this is not a customer service role!
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, confident English accent
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and rejection
  • Strong objection handling and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven, competitive, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working US hours (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM, on-sit
