Brown’s Roofing is growing rapidly in the North Louisiana, South Louisiana, Central Arkansas area, and south-central Kansas. We’re an awesome team where everyone knows the role they play in the overall success of the company — and we’re all here for each other.

Between a steady supply of residential roofing leads, a high-performing production department, and recent storms, we’re looking for a sales rockstar who:

  • Knows construction or roofing
  • Isn’t afraid of cold sales (most leads are provided by the company)
  • Can help close new insurance and retail roofing projects
  • Wants to get rewarded appropriately

ABOUT THE ROLEYou will be:

Fully documenting new potential projects with pictures and video

Learning to fly a drone using proprietary automated flight software

Working directly with homeowners to sell new residential roofs

Cold calling potential new clients by knocking on doors

Helping walk clients through the insurance claims process

Writing estimates using company software (you can learn this quickly)

Collecting all payments and ensuring client happiness

Developing relationships with insurance agents (expense card provided)

You have basic knowledge of construction or roofing
