The role of Sales Support Administrator is responsible for working closely with and supporting the Commercial Director and downlines on administrative matters. He/she will focus on supporting the sales and clinical functionals in handling task such as organizing internal/external event, arranging the necessary logistics for clinic activities, managing contracts, preparing internal reports and any supporting documents needed by the respective functions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will…
  • Office administration and supporting the local team as needed.
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Support sales team on any logistical arrangements for clinic activities
  • Raise purchase request/purchase orders, monitor processing, progress and payments
  • Support quotation, contract generation and contract submission
  • Prepare internal reports and supporting documents as needed
  • Support new vendor onboarding process
  • Coordinate and arrange travel for team members
  • Any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned, including claims submission
  • Participate in special projects and/or training when requested
  • Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
  • Supporting National Sales Manager in generating daily reporting and simple data analysis.

  • Experience with computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheet
  • Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e. roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma is required; any additional university degrees are a plus
  • Has minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge or experience in salesforce.com, SAP and MS Office application preferred
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, result oriented
