About this role
The Opportunity
Use your Salesforce expertise to make a real-world difference. Every day in Aotearoa, stroke changes lives in an instant, and behind every campaign, donor, and impact story is data that needs to be accurate and trusted. We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator who takes pride in clean data, reliable systems, and making things work better. This role is Wellington-based, in our Marketing & Fundraising team.
This is a practical, operational role, not strategy or architecture, where you’ll be responsible for keeping Salesforce running smoothly day to day. You’ll manage users, permissions, integrations, and core configuration, while maintaining high-quality data through regular cleaning and deduplication. You’ll also support campaign delivery through data preparation and segmentation, build reliable reports and dashboards, and help non-technical staff use Salesforce effectively, working alongside an external Salesforce partner for more complex work.
Join a Meaningful Cause
Stroke Aotearoa New Zealand has been at the forefront of stroke prevention and recovery for over 45 years, actively promoting ways to prevent stroke and dedicating ourselves to people living with the effects of their stroke, their whānau and carers. Over 9,000 strokes occur in New Zealand every year and stroke is the leading cause of serious adult disability. We are committed to being Te Tiriti o Waitangi aligned and fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity and equity.
Our Mission is to prevent stroke and improve lives.
Our Vision is for a Stroke-Free Aotearoa

- Strong data skills, including imports, exports, cleaning, de-duplication, and maintaining reliable datasets
- Experience building clear, practical reports and dashboards that people actively use
- The ability to translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly support for colleagues
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities while maintaining core system integrity
