Expert proficiency with Apex, VisualForce, Force.com, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, SOQL (in Salesforce.com development and integrations)

Solid understanding of when to use out of the box customization versus code

Strong experience in developing VisualForce pages and controllers

Strong experience with writing and maintaining code coverage and test methods

Strong experience with writing triggers with Bulk Safe Practice and Salesforce Governor limits

Experience in writing efficient SOQL and SOSL queries

Experience working with Workflows, Approvals, and Validations

Ability to maintain Salesforce.com configurations (users, roles, profiles, etc.)

Understanding about SFDC Security model and Data model

Experience in migrating/importing data from other platforms

Updated knowledge on Salesforce's latest upgrades and features

Experience generating complex reports and dashboards

Experience designing and building custom objects and applications

Understanding and experience with various SDLC methodologies, in particularly Agile

Technical background with web software development, relational databases, and object-oriented concepts

Ability to design/architect technology solutions and work with complex structured data

Understanding of data analytics, data normalization, and visualization

Leadership skills with the ability to lead brainstorm sessions with colleagues

Strong collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to be proactive in a team environment

Detail oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage or new concepts, business models, and identify issues/opportunities while recommending solutions

Ability to work with all levels of management, staff, and internal users
