As a Salesforce UI Developer, you will build and optimize Lightning-based applications that directly impact user experience across enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, consultants, and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable UI solutions. Operating in a fully remote setup, you will contribute to innovative Salesforce transformation projects across diverse industries. The position requires strong technical expertise in Lightning Web Components and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable UI solutions aligned with best practices.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and customize user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks within Salesforce environments.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with Apex classes and Salesforce data models.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient UI solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize UI performance to ensure smooth user experiences across Salesforce applications.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, coding best practices, and platform guidelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of UI development practices.
- 4–7 years of professional experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development.
- Proven experience building UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building responsive web interfaces.
- Working knowledge of Apex programming and SOQL for Salesforce data interaction.
- Experience working with Salesforce Lightning Experience environments.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and Git version control.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design practices.
