SAP ABAP / Success factors Technical Consultant | Contract To Hire | Remote

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development including RICEF, Object-Oriented ABAP, and HCM HR-ABAP.
• Experience in SuccessFactors technical integrations using CPI / PI-PO / APIs / OData.
• Strong experience with **SuccessFactors Employee Central or any other SF module **.
• Hands-on experience with **IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services, SAP HR Infotypes, and ABAP HR logical databases **.
• Experience with Payroll / Time / HR core integrations is an advantage.
• Good understanding of SAP HCM functional concepts and SuccessFactors provisioning/instance management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-interaction skills.
• Ability to work in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
