Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Basis Administrator to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will support the administration, maintenance, security, and performance of the company’s SAP landscape across both on-premise and cloud environments. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in SAP Basis operations and enterprise systems support.

Key Responsibilities

On-Premise SAP Support

• Manage and maintain SAP user accounts, roles, and access authorizations

• Handle SAP transport management and coordinate software changes across systems

• Conduct annual SAP authorization and access reviews

• Prepare and maintain system documentation, configurations, procedures, and change records

• Support and coordinate SAP audit activities to ensure compliance and governance standards

Cloud & SAP Infrastructure Support

• Liaise with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services for system-related support and maintenance

• Perform basic SAP Basis administrative tasks, including client copy activities

• Support annual SAP Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and testing

• Monitor SAP systems regularly to ensure optimal performance and availability

• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

• Experience or exposure to SAP applications and SAP support environments

• Basic scripting or programming knowledge to automate operational tasks is advantageous

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Ability to converse in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage to support China-based stakeholders
