About this role

Astrome Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Development Manager to join our team. As a business developer, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends
  • Develop marketing collateral for customers
  • Prepare responses to tenders, request for proposals and other customer queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, and operations, to ensure successful customer on-boarding and satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Have an understanding of Space domains
  • Be able to understand the technical features of satellite communication products
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving sales targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus
  • MBA degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
