Scrum Master- Canada

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background facilitating Scrum teams, coaching Agile practices, managing project risks and dependencies, and collaborating with Product Owners, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful Salesforce solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Coach cross-functional Salesforce teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between delivery teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Manage client communications, provide regular project updates, and proactively address risks, issues, and concerns.
• Remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and escalate issues when necessary. Monitor sprint progress, team performance, project timelines, and delivery metrics to improve predictability and team effectiveness.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, transparency, and a high-performing team culture. Establish and maintain Agile processes, working agreements, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD).

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing Agile delivery for Salesforce projects and teams. Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and Agile delivery methodologies. Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, expectations, and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a hybrid Scrum Master/Project Manager role is a strong advantage.
