About Cassi & the Role

We’re building a category defining platform for residential operations and are now scaling rapidly after strong early traction. This is an opportunity to join early, take real ownership, and help build the systems that will power the company’s next phase of growth.

We’re looking for high-output SDRs/BDRs to help build and scale our outbound engine. This is not a traditional SDR role, you will be responsible for generating pipeline in a high-velocity environment and helping define how we prospect, qualify, and convert as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate qualified pipeline through outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn)

  • Consistently book 40+ meetings per month

  • Identify and target high quality accounts and decision-makers

  • Qualify prospects and ensure strong handoff to AEs

  • Work closely with AEs to convert pipeline into closed deals

  • Continuously test and refine messaging and outbound strategies

  • Maintain high activity levels with strong attention to quality

  • Track performance and operate against clear KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (or strong equivalent experience)

  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound

  • High activity and high discipline, you know this is a numbers + execution role

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage prospects quickly

  • Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain consistency

  • Highly accountable, you own your output

  • Curious, coachable, and eager to improve

  • Bias for action, comfortable moving fast and iterating

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently hitting and exceeding meeting and pipeline targets

  • Generating high-quality opportunities that convert to revenue

  • Strong partnership with AEs

  • Continuous improvement in messaging and conversion rates

  • Contributing to a repeatable and scalable outbound motion

Location

New York, NY (Manhattan): primarily in-office
