ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who is equally at home building client strategy and getting into the details of execution. You're a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, a clear communicator across internal teams, and someone who takes real ownership of client outcomes - not just relationships.



CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and grow a portfolio of accounts — serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
  • Develop account strategies that drive 20–25% revenue growth YoY and align client goals with actionable media, data, and technology plans
  • Lead client onboarding, strategic planning sessions, QBRs, and ongoing performance reviews
  • Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities through tailored, insight-driven proposals
  • Translate client objectives into clear briefs for internal teams and hold them accountable to delivery
  • Direct cross-functional teams across media, data, creative, and technology to execute with clarity and speed
  • Lead informed conversations on performance media, analytics, attribution, and measurement strategy
  • Advocate for the right adtech and martech solutions within client plans and build joint account plans with technology partners
  • Track account health, proactively surface risks, and drive continuous improvement across your book of business
  • Mentor junior team members and raise the bar on how the account team operates day-to-day



CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 10+ years in digital marketing, with 5+ years in a senior client-facing or account leadership role
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns ($10M+); $20M+ is a strong plus
  • Hands-on knowledge of performance media: SEM, paid social, and programmatic
  • Background in financial services, insurance, travel, or non-profit preferred
  • Strategic thinker with strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable leading senior stakeholder conversations on media, data, technology, and analytics
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and at ease taking ownership under ambiguity
  • Prior experience mentoring team members or contributing to account planning at a portfolio level is a plus
