The Role

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions. You will collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders to drive AI use cases from initial concept all the way through to production.

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Development: Develop, prototype, and scale AI applications, moving them from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production.

• GenAI & Agentic AI: Build solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG, MCP, and Agentic frameworks.

• Integration: Connect AI models with vector databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.

• Cloud Deployment: Deploy and monitor AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure proper documentation, risk management, and promote ethical, responsible AI practices.

• Mentorship: Guide team members and share best practices regarding Artificial Intelligence.

Expectations

• Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience building and deploying Machine Learning/AI solutions in a production environment.

• Technical Core: Strong Python programming skills and scalable system development experience.

• AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agentic AI (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, MCP).

• System Design: Strong AI/ML system design skills, encompassing model selection, deployment, and monitoring.

• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Languages: Fluent English (B2/C1+), with strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with A2A protocols, multi-agent systems, and agent reliability testing.

• Understanding of AI safety, alignment, ethics, and familiarity with EU AI regulations.

• Previous experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., banking, finance).

What is Offered

• Salary: Up to 170 PLN/h net + VAT.

• Contract Type: B2B agreement.

• Type of Work: Hybrid (75% remote work / minimum 1 day a week from the office).

• Location: Office hubs available in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Łódź.
