What You’ll Accomplish
- Engage with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define analytics requirements and metrics.
- Build robust, exec-facing dashboards to support key business decisions across the organization.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable dbt and Looker data models that support analytics, reporting, and domain ownership.
- Use data modeling, statistics, and other analytical techniques to extract and analyze data from large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to drive insights.
- Develop and manage our data analytics platform Looker.
Your Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, including proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Proven expertise in writing, optimizing, and utilizing SQL queries within a business context.
- Familiarity with infrastructure components, ETL processes, and reporting/analytic tools and environments.
- Strong ability to manage and execute fast-paced, dynamic projects with a high degree of organization and independence.
- Ability to perform rigorous data analysis when needed to support high-impact business and product decisions.
- Effective communication skills for presenting analysis results to stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and influencing decision-making across teams.
Nice to Haves
- Experience using dbt, Airflow, or other modern ELT/ETL workflows.
- Experience leveraging AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code) to accelerate analytics workflows, including SQL generation, data exploration, and documentation
- Experience building dashboards and analyses using tools like Hex, Jupyter, or other reproducible notebook platforms
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and statistical modeling
- Experience contributing to or establishing modeling standards, testing frameworks, or CI/CD workflows for analytics code.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $155,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
