Senior Associate - Operations

Role Purpose: Support vendor master data integrity and ensure smooth vendor-related transactions across APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain vendor records in SAP.
• Process vendor onboarding requests.
• Validate bank details and tax information.
• Support invoice processing and urgent payment requests.
• Ensure compliance with APAC regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in vendor management or accounts payable.
• Strong SAP/ERP skills.
• Knowledge of APAC compliance requirements.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
