Role Summary

This role is responsible for supporting service operations through data analysis, compliance monitoring, procurement coordination, and administrative management. The position ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency, and effective cross-functional and supplier collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular data analysis and monitoring, including NC, IQ, and PSAT data, to ensure operational accuracy and identify improvement opportunities
  • Review and validate timesheet and overtime data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and EICC requirements
  • Conduct periodic data re-checks to maintain data integrity and consistency
  • Support procurement processes, including PR/PA creation and tracking
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and necessary information
  • Ensure timely execution of purchasing-related activities
  • Manage internal systems and access, including Supply 360, badge, and mVPN accounts
  • Support user access control and account administration
  • Provide workplace and administrative support, including locker management, uniform coordination, and general office arrangements
  • Assist in PPE management, including tracking and distribution
  • Support recycling initiatives such as soft packing material management
  • Contribute to workplace health reporting and communication activities

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel or equivalent)
  • High attention to detail with strong data accuracy awareness
  • Basic understanding of compliance and operational processes
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in service operations, procurement, or administrative coordination
  • Familiarity with EICC or labor compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting semiconductor or high-tech industry operations is a plus
