Senior Back-end Developer (AI Enabled)

We're looking for a Senior Backend / Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python who can take ownership of the entire development lifecycle - from understanding client needs and shaping the technical approach to building, delivering, and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.

In this role, AI is a core part of your daily workflow.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs, define technical solutions, and communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks.
• Take ownership of delivering high-quality software solutions—from technical design and implementation to deployment and ongoing improvements.
• Lead your area of responsibility by breaking down work, making sound technical decisions, and ensuring delivery quality and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, project managers, and fellow developers to deliver successful projects.
• Review code, mentor team members, and promote engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services, APIs, integrations, and cloud-ready applications.
• Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and research while applying engineering judgment to validate and improve AI-generated output.
• Contribute to building modern software solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities where they add value for our clients.
  
  

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software development.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following: Java, .NET/C#, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python.
• Proven experience designing, building, and delivering production-grade software solutions.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, service-oriented architecture, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable taking ownership of solutions from requirements through production with minimal supervision.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow, with the ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated output.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience delivering solutions in consulting or other client-facing environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and modern containerization technologies.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI services, or orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with concepts such as RAG, vector search, agentic workflows, and AI application architecture.
• Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership.
• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, software engineering, or AI.
