SENIOR BARTENDER

We are a curated social experience built around private-room karaoke, elevated hospitality, and high-energy service.

Founded in Sweden in 2019, with locations in Stockholm and London, Moyagi blends design, music, drinks and atmosphere into something distinctive.

We are now looking for a Senior Bartender who combines technical excellence with leadership, presence, and commercial awareness.

The Role

As Senior Bartender, you are a key operator on the floor and a natural leader behind the bar.

You drive quality, pace, and energy during service while protecting the premium standard of the brand. The role is hands-on and performance-driven.

You work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the bar operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with Moyagi’s identity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional drinks with consistency, precision and speed

• Drive average spend through confident upselling and product knowledge

• Understand guest flow between bar, restaurant and private rooms

• Lead by example during peak service

• Coach and support junior bartenders

• Maintain bar mise-en-place and prep discipline

• Protect premium presentation and atmosphere

• Ensure POS routines and operational standards are followed

• Handle guest situations with confidence and composure

• Operate within alcohol, food safety and compliance regulations

• Operate as a team for the whole unit

Who You Are

• Several years of experience in quality-driven, high-volume bar environments

• Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge

• Commercially aware — you understand margins, pace and performance

• Calm under pressure

• Confident without ego

• Comfortable in a music-driven, high-energy setting
